Who is the Prophet Muhammad? (peace be upon him)

• The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is the final messenger of Allah, and he was sent to mankind over 1400 years ago.

• He was born in Makkah, at a time when the Arab people mainly worshipped idols.

• He was sent by Allah as a guide to mankind, with the purpose of leading us back to pure Monotheism so that we worship Allah alone.

• The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) had the best of character, and this was known even by his enemies.

• His enemies had mainly opposed him out of arrogance and not wanting to abandon the ways of their forefathers.

• Ultimately Allah granted victory to the believers over the disbelievers, and Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) forgave his oppressors and pardoned them.

• The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is the greatest of mankind, and  he was sent as a mercy on to the World.
